Excellent friendly service, free parking oppisite, good breakfast, quiet position but near to centre Ville. Balcony with wonderful views, and hotel was very clean.
Room a bit cramped as it had 3 single beds in it, but otherwise comfortable and clean.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the free parking a god-send in this busy town. The hotel did exactly what it said it would and was a real bargain at the price. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful etc etc would def stay there again.
A little noisy as all the hotel floors are 'wooden' and one can hear everybody moving around - but for a three day break at the price we paid it was not a huge problem!

The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, offering a pleasant view, while the location is excellent with many dining options nearby. Rewritten: the rooms here are big, well-equipped, and with a great view, plus there are lots of bars and restaurants close by, making it a perfect location.

Good accommodation and breakfast, staff very helpful.
No parking and there was a school party there at the time which made for a bit of noise and delay as they were playing in the lifts.

Modern comfortable hotel, room a decent size, clean and with everything you need, handy for mountains and 5 mins walk to the town centre. The two reception staff we dealt with were really helpful and friendly, Breakfast was good value and buffet style.

Well priced hotel in a touristic area. Perfect and great location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. - Visited church of Saint Michael, one of the tourist spots, located at a moderate distance from the property. - Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements.

The hotel was really great for the price. We'll stay there for our next visit. Breakfast was very good. Free parking was a plus.
Although very well decorated, the room was small. For our son, who was young enough to stay for free, we asked for a juice and a croissant for breakfast, and the hotel charged almost 6 euros to our account.

The staff was very friendly and the room was immaculately clean. The parking lot was just across the street and very convenient, as were the shops nearby. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices in a nice room with cool, hip music. I'd return!
The code they had me type in for the internet was in all caps, which left me trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer for about 20 minutes. Until they told me that the code was in lower case. Go figure.

Car [park
Coffee machine was very poor and croissants stale. No decent fresh bread and no eggs on menu.

Easy to find, sufficient (though crammed) parking, good breakfast (though no vegetables at all) included in the price, helpful staff (though most hardly speak English). Good departure point to visiting Aiguestortes park (1h drive to both Espot and Boi entrances). Good value for the money.
The city of Vielha seems to be a sleeping town, not of interest in itself (but maybe I do not do it justice - I did not spend time exploring it, just used it as a departure point).
